What are the shipping options?

We currently offer standard shipping on all orders, which usually takes around 5–8 business days with Australia Post. In most cases, your order will arrive sooner than expected! For our New Zealand customers, delivery can take a little longer. Need your order faster? Just email us at ello@practicegraphics.com.au and we’ll do our best to help. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll get an email with racking details.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship within Australia and New Zealand only. If you’re outside these areas but would love our products, please get in touch at hello@practicegraphics.com.au—we’d be happy to chat about options.

What paper stock do you use for your posters?

Our posters are printed on a 160gsm matte Coated Bond paper. It has a smooth, professional finish that looks great in any space. We also make sure your order is carefully packaged so it arrives safe and ready to use.

What poster sizes do you offer?

Our posters come in two popular sizes:

  • A1 – 594 x 841mm
  • A2 – 420 x 594mm

How long does production take?

Most poster and roll-up banner orders are printed within 0–2 business days after we receive your order. If you’ve requested customisations, it may take a little longer depending on how quickly we’re able to finalise the design details with you.

Where are your products made?

All of our products are produced here in Australia through our trusted print partner. They have facilities around the country, which helps keep production efficient so your order gets to you quickly.

Can I customise my order?

Yes! We can add your logo to posters or banners, and we’re also able to adjust text, colours, illustrations, and fonts to match your brand. If you have a specific idea in mind, we’d love to hear it!

What is your returns and refunds policy?

Because each product is made to order, we’re not able to accept returns. That said, your happiness matters to us. If something’s
not right with your order, please contact us at hello@practicegraphics.com.au straight away—we’ll work with you to make it right.

Do you provide digital copies of your posters?

We don’t offer digital versions of our posters, as this helps us protect the originality of our designs. However, we do create digital artwork for other products—like brochures, window decals, and wall graphics—using our illustration and text library.
